A New Jersey gangster involved in gambling, but still holding strong ties to his musician siblings. Fili was a charming and friendly young man, making his way up in the mob world through moxie and charisma more than anything, finally breaking through into being the official takeover for the oldest established permanent floating crap game in New York. But he maintained close ties to his siblings, older brother Davey and twin sister Sera, always working to keep them safe and happy. His fire over his own success was dampened considerably, however, when Malik was killed, and Fili spent quite a bit of time trying to help Tazim, Malik's ten year old son, knowing all too well what it was like to lose parents at that age.
