Phillip/'Aoi' - Orange Hedge Mage, apprentice to the Orange Illuminat
A playful mage with a few different faces. As Phillip, he was a young mage who'd fled Dolorosa in the wake of the Illuminats downfall. As Aoi, she was a very open user of orange magic who worked as the barkeep for the Nest, the tavern run by the Red Ravens, along with her pet wyrmling Saphit. 'Aoi' was continually frustrated with Aquila's refusal to let her participate in anything dangerous, which would not have been helped by knowing Phillip's actual age, but the mysterious sage named Leonar took the boy in and revealed himself as the Orange Illuminat. However, he was kidnapped by the dragon (who wore Aoi's face for a week), and had to wait for the Illuminats and their various apprentices to come help him. He should have stayed mad at the dragon, but upon seeing that the dragon's goal was to help her babies hatch and a chat with a Mysterious Woman (who turned out to be the Empress), he decided he wanted to help the baby dragons get out of the city where they could flourish safely.
