A carefree and popular transfer student from America. Phillip spilt his time between the soccer team and drama club, spent a good deal of time annoying his friend Toushirou, and another portion of time quietly freaking out over the fact that his Valentine’s letter to his other friend Ken probably got mixed up in the shuffle and chaos. It turned out alright in the end. Sparkles were involved.
